NO SUPPORT FOR THIS APP

I have gone to the support button at the top of this window and they dont have anything helping with MailTab for Outlook. I wanted to use it for looking at my corporate account that uses the Outlook Web App "webmail." but I am unable to connect to it. I will be deleting this free app since I will not be able to get any support for it therefore unable to use it at all.
